UKPDS Outcomes Model

Collection of data

The UKPDS Outcomes Model uses Microsoft Excel workbooks to store the data it is required to process. These files are stored in a location of your choosing.

When asked to perform a simulation the UKPDS Outcomes Model Controller application performs the following actions:

At no point during this process is the data sent outside of your computer. We do not use or share your information with anyone.

If you choose to use our application, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

Management of licenses

As a licence is required to use the UKPDS Outcomes Model, DTU will collect the information required to identify the licensees and the terms of their license. This information will be kept in a secure manner and only used in the administration of the license.
